2. What We Collect

When you request a quote or contact us, we may collect:

• Your name, email address and phone/WhatsApp number
• Preferred travel dates, number of travelers and trip duration
• The trip or activity you're interested in (e.g. Kilimanjaro climb, safari, Zanzibar holiday)
• Any additional details you choose to share with us about your trip

We do not collect payment card details through this website — we don't currently process online payments here.

3. How We Collect It

Our website quote form does not submit your details to a server or database. Instead, it opens your own email application with a pre-filled draft addressed to us, which you choose to review and send. We also receive information you send us directly by email, WhatsApp or phone.

4. How We Use It

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a personalized quote, arrange and manage your booking, and communicate with you before, during and after your trip. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Sharing With Third Parties

To arrange your trip, we may need to share relevant details (such as your name and travel dates) with third parties involved in delivering your itinerary, including hotels, lodges and camps, park and conservation authorities, transport and domestic flight operators, and independent guides and crew. We share only what's necessary to arrange your trip, and we don't sell or rent your details for marketing by others.

6. Website Technology

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies of its own. Two third-party services are embedded on the site:

• Google Fonts — used to load the typefaces on this site, which involves a request to Google's servers
• Google Maps — embedded on our Contact page to show our office location

These services are provided by Google and are subject to Google's own privacy policy. WhatsApp links on this site open WhatsApp directly and any conversation you start there is subject to WhatsApp's (Meta's) own privacy policy.

7. How Long We Keep It

We keep enquiry and booking information for as long as reasonably needed to provide our services, meet legal or accounting obligations, and maintain a record of past trips. If you'd like us to delete information we hold about you, contact us and we will do so unless we're required to retain it for a legitimate business or legal reason.

8. Your Rights

Wherever you're traveling from, you can ask us at any time to see what personal information we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, or delete your information (subject to any legal retention requirements). To make a request, email info@ngulitours.com.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission over email, WhatsApp or the internet is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we handle your information carefully and limit access to those who need it to arrange your trip.

This website is intended for adults planning travel. Where children are included in a family booking, we only collect the information needed to arrange their travel (such as name and age), provided by a parent or guardian.
